"No Signal" on DirecTV Receiver

We had our DirecTV system installed just last year and it has worked every single day without a hitch until Sunday evening this last weekend. When we turned on our TV we had a big message across our screen that said "No Signal".

We replaced the cables, and did the dish pointing verification with azimuth and 40 degree elevation and are still receiving the "No Signal" message on our TV screen. We even turned off the power to the receiver and unplugged it from the wall for 10 minutes. It just isn't working.
