Not getting "bounce back" emails. - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Not getting "bounce back" emails.", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. When I send an email that has an attachment that is too large for the recipients email server, I usually get a "bounce back" email telling me that it was not sent, and why. (Attachment too large).

That is no longer happening. I get no notice at all.. until my irate customer calls and wants to know why he did not get the file.

I know the bounce back is working in general because I can send the same email to the same recipient from another one of my (non-spectrum) email accounts, and I get the bounce back message.

I have been in touch with spectrum customer service, and they say they can't fix it.

Is anybody else having this issue?
