Not getting what we pay for - TWC TV and Apps

TWC has been aware for some time that their app for Samsung Smart TV's consistently malfunctions. Video freezing, audio lagging and sync issues are pervasive. We as subcribers have been strung along for years with TWC saying that its our collective fault. It isn't a compatibility issue. Its clearly the app.
TWC- Please stop ignoring us. Fix the app.
