Not honoring bundle price as promised - DirecTV

A few months ago when moving to a new home a rep talked me into bundling internet, voice and direct TV choice package for $89.99 a month. Price locked in for 2 yrs. Never received the price yet. Now last bill was up to $159.00. Been on the phone for HOURS the last 3 mo. At my witt's end. They keep telling me the the issue has been "escalated" and it has been fixed, but it is not. What can I do now?
