Not receiving GAME 3 Channel in Denver - XFinity

XFinity-Comcast channel programming, Not receiving GAME 3 Channel in Denver?, I get the following message when trying to view the GAME 3 Channel (Channel 463 in Denver)

Screen States, "To watch this program, you'll need to add this channel to your lineup. Please go to xfinity.com and select My Account to update your service"

All of the other 13 GAME channels work fine while watching NHL Center Ice. Can someone from Comcast please look at this.
