On-going loss of internet connection - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "On-going loss of internet connection", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. I live in the Columbus, Ohio area. I have been having on-going intermittent outages where the modem resets and then is back on-line again within a minute or two. Yesterday it happened three times in about an hour and a half. This problem seems to have started when I upgraded my internet speed from 30MB (Time Warner) to now 60MB (Spectrum). My modem is an ARRIS TG1672. Here is the information that I obtained from 192.168.100.1 -
