Only able to view a few DVR recordings in app - not all - XFinity

I downloaded and opened the Xfinity TV app for the first time tonight. I had high hopes of watching my recordings. However, the app shows that my DVR is only 4% full, when I know that it is actually 70-80% or more full by this point as I have been on vacation (and I remember seeing the percentage before I left).

What would cause this discrepancy?
