Pathetic Customer Service - DirecTV

I ordered Direct TV this week and was supposed to be installed between 12p-4p Saturday. Needless to say, nothing was installed, nobody ever called, and when I checked on it, I couldn't be told why this happened!! If this isn't the ultimate example of poor customer service and follow through I've ever seen, I don't know what is!
