Pixelation and audio issues - Time Warner TV

This question is about "Pixelation and audio issues", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps. So, after having swapped out the world box for an older arris box AND having a complete internal re wire done, I'm having frequent but brief occurrences of pixelation and audio issues.

Is this going to be the trade off; newer world box with the inability to switch back and forth between channels due to some unknown technical issue OR have the older arris box with picture and audio issues?

Don't know whether to get in contact with the field manager who handled my last case or call into tech support and schedule a tech visit. This audio and picture issue will be harder to demonstrate live compared to the previous issue of switching between channels and the associated errors with doing this.
