This really depends on where you live in the USA. as the quality of service varies from county to county with the providers. Probably better if you told us what comacast was offering you.

Determine which carriers you have access to, and ask people who use them.

I have access to AT&T, Suddenlink and NTS, probably irrelevant to you.
