Poor customer service



Today was the worst customer service I've ever had. Comcast sells the customer on self-install of services, but when it doesn't work the troubleshooter are only following a script of steps and are not competent. The service center them selves do not have troubleshooter and when you finally get around to then admitting nothing worked they get a tech that takes 9 days to service, its absurd.
Comcast/Xfinity sell you on the customer guarantee, but they don't have enough service techs employed to provide service. I'm disappointed.
