Poor,poor customer service and bad business practices - DirecTV

I just recently got AT&T uverse. 1st gave me defective box not working for bedroom t.v.. Tech had problems getti,g me connected and said to call to help got new box all wireless but not originally. Called AT&T for new tech to be sent and now want to chg me!!!! Are you serious! Customer service dept worthless. Job was never completed.
