POOR SERVICE - DirecTV

FROM THE VERY START AT&T AND DIRECT TV HAVE LIED TO ME ABOUT WHAT THEY WOULD PROVIDE FOR WHAT PRICE. THEY DID NOT PAY MY DISH OFF TO SWITCH LIKE THEY SAID. ALSO, THEY PROMISED I WOULD HAVE COMPRABLE SERVICE FOR THE SAME PRICE OR LOWER. I HAVE PAID MORE THAN EVER AND HAVE NONE OF THE AWESOME SERVICES I EXPERIENCED WITH DISH. I GET CHARGED FOR CHANNELS I NEVER ASKED FOR AND NEVER RECIEVED THE CHANNELS I PREVIOUSLY HAD ON DISH. MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN HORRIFIC!
