Problem Activating Device for DVR Streaming - DirecTV

I just recently got a replacment DVR box (was an HR44 now an HR54). I've been trying to activate my iPhone app with it since this change and I get an error "We couldn't activate your DVR for downloading & streaming. Please try again (100)". I've tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it but no luck. I also noticed that it just hangs on "Loading Content" when I click on Live TV Streaming. Any ideas? Thanks!
