RE: Hulu & similiar internet-TV providers...

Are all or any of these using the HDCP/DRM/COPP junk? If so, does my computer have to have HDCP compliant video card (or anything else)?

I don't know about Hulu, but I do know that Netflix does require HDCP for HD streaming from the XBox 360, for example. If you're planning on using a computer's HDMI port, then it surely needs to be HDCP-compliant.

I'm only interested in the Internet-TV freesites like Hulu (think Netflix is pay). I know about HDMI, and using S-video/component/composite inputs & outputs to bypass it. Question is whether these free sites use HDCP, and if so does motherboard or video card or whatever have to be HDCP compliant to get their TV shows/movies off the Internet and into my computer?
