We get a 20-second interruption of service the same exact times every day - at 11:57 a.m. CT and 6:57 p.m. CT. It may be happening at other times, but those are the only times I have observed the interruptions. I recently got a new cable box from Comcast hoping that would solve the problem, but it didn't. Any ideas on what might be causing this?
