Re: Recordings Not Showing on Xfinity Stream App - XFinity


Spent 2 hours on phone and explained what you said but no luck. Reset modem/router, removed app from roku and placed back on (Did three times). Still no luck on seeing recording as we I hit the saved it shows breif view of the header under saved and then boots me completely out the beta app back to main channel screen in roku. Also I even went onto the xfinity stream site, looged in and where I go to recordings it states there's a error and we are working on it. This has been going on for almost two weeks but just called today. Channels and on demand come in fine just can't see or play recordings which up until 2 weeks ago worked perfect.

Anyone esle having this problem and or any addtional fixes?
