Re: Some of our cable channels are no longer full screen - XFinity

So, I use the TV's remote to switch to Wide aspect when I have windowboxing, but I need to remember to change it back when I change to another channel. Why, when we pay top dollar for premium channels, do I not get a full screen of all 16:9 transmissions? It doesn't make sense. And it is almost every premium channel that is windowboxed. So frustrating. Why can''t there be a standard for the industry? Let's forget about 4:3. I can understand those programs, and the letterboxing required on our 1080 TVs. but window boxing a 16:9 on a 16:9 is ridiculous.
Ok, so what's next?
