Reboot problem - DirecTV

After rebooting I get the "Connection Successful" screen, but it immediately goes to a blue screen. Next the U-verse logo comes up with "Must Restart Receiver". The receiver has been restarted numerous times on 3 separate occasions with the same results. The modem has been restarted & it did not help.
