Rerouting Emails - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Rerouting Emails", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. When I first signed up with TWC I was offered an option (perhaps from a 3rd party) to have an email account with a simple domain and I chose This account works with TWC somehow and shows up among my email mailboxes. However, it is NOT manageable as a normal TWC email and I would now like to route all emails coming into that account to a regular TWC email mailbox. I cannot figure out how to do that. TWC’s instructions on forwarding email are enigmatic and obscure.

In the website area associated with Forwarding settings there is only one empty box in which to place a mailbox name. There need to be two (2) empty places to put names, one for the FROM mailbox and one for the TO mailbox. How is that supposed to work?
