For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Restoration of services timeline My cablessings and internet has been down for 10 days due to the storm. I keep calling to find out when my area will be restored, to no avail. I keep getting the same "sorry, give us 24 hrs" spiel. I was informed I could go on att.com/stormupdates to see what is going on but when trying to do so...the page is either down or no longer exists. Please help.
