Reward Center Website Log-in Problem - DirecTV

This question is about "Reward Center Website Log-in Problem", with DirecTV channels, programming, equipment, and sports. A few weeks ago my anticipated rewards card arrived and I have had no problems in using it after activation. After each time that the card was used I have gone to the rewards center website and looked over the purchases and the remaining balance. Since this last weekend the site has been inaccessible. After logging in I get a message that says "We are unable to process this request." I've contacted customer service and they say that there is probably a glitch in the account and to keep trying as it likely will be fixed in a couple of days. I can retrieve my balance by calling a phone number, but I can't get the entirety of card usage without accessing the website. Anyone else having issues with this?
