RLP-1008 error "Empty list; no streams were specified to play" - TWC TV and Apps

I sign into the Spectrum app, it looks like it's loading a channel, the screen goes black and then get:

"Getting RLP-1008 error Empty list; no streams were specified to play"

I've rebooted, etc. Still keeps happening.


This question is about "RLP-1008 error "Empty list; no streams were specified to play"", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps.

I deleted the app, then disconnected Roku, then disconnected modem cable and power, then disconnected router. I then reconnected modem cable, then modem power and waited for modem to fully power up. I then reconnected router. Then reconnected power on Roku and reinstalled Spectrum app and signed in when asked. Fixed it.
