Roku Streaming App Not Working After New Modem - XFinity

Roku streaming app is indicating it thinks we're not on our home network after we got a new modem. Other devices are able to stream via the app even though they are on the same wifi network as the Roku. We are using an Orbi to reach dead spots and it has worked great up until the new modem.



We bounced everything and called customer service but nothing they did seems to have worked. Reading through the posts, the serial number for the modem matches what I see in the My Account app.



Any other suggestions?
