I have been surprised that I'm enjoying Rosie O'Donnell's new talker over on OWN, Oprah Winfrey's network. I actually tend to tape it and watch it a day later and fast forward over guests who aren't my style. I find, though, that I'm like her opening and interaction with the audience. Tuesday, though, her opening was all about Jerry Sandusky, and I have to say, she really spoke her mind. That was followed up with a calmer opening that talked about sexual abuse overall on Wednesday. I thought she was right on, though. She called him out for how he responded to Bob Costas' query on Monday Night's Rock Center (another new show I'm enjoying to my surprise). The question was whether Sandusky was sexually attracted to young boys. I was stunned that he didn't come out with a quick 'no'. Instead, he rambled. The phrase 'guilty as sin' came to my mind when I watched the interview. Anyway, she didn't hold back, that's for sure.
