SB6141 Cable Modem almost constantly rebooting - Time Warner Internet

In the last 6-8 weeks my cable modem has been almost constantly rebooting. It's really problematic as my toddler really loves watching "YouTube for Kids" videos, and its become almost impossible with the modem rebooting every few minutes. Here's what I'm seeing when I log into the cable modem:

I called TWC/Spectrum support, got someone who appeared to be in China (and whose English was almost unrecognizable), and all they wanted to do was send me a replacement modem... then decided they could not ship me a modem, and that I'd have to bring it into my local TWC office.

This modem has been running almost without a hitch for a couple of years now, and the SB6141 is supposed to be a decent modem, from what I've read. My old modem (not DOCSYS 3) was *much* more stable than this, though it had occasional drops. My issue really started just 6-8 weeks ago, and has gotten so bad that for much of the afternoon and evening we can't seem to stay connected for longer than 5 minutes before getting the "Cable modem rebooted due to T4 timeout,"...
