Service representative - DirecTV

I have a complaint about my bundled service & cuztomer service and your website. I want to speak to a management representative with my concerns but all I get is animated call menus or recordings. Your web menu doesn't even include a selection for bundle services or general services or a complaint line. It is ridiulous that I pay for services & can't speak to someone that can respond to my complaints. I demand a complaint department MANAGEMENT representative co ta t me within 24 hrs. or I will no lonver be a customer of ATT services. I will contact the Better Business Bureau, my local news editor & social media. 24 hrs.!
