Set top box Blue to Green light, not receiving a signal

My set top box (secondary box in bedroom) has stopped working. It says, "Weak or No Signal". The box has not moved, no changes at all. The light on the box has gone from blue to green. The box itself was pretty warm to touch. I power cycled the box and allow time for the box to cool off. I also troubleshoot the box and did a signal refresh. Nothing is helping and I cannot receive a signal on the set top box. Main box works just fine. Any suggestions?
