Signal loss and freezing picture - DirecTV

Several times a day I am experiencing the picture freezing in place for about 15 seconds. There is also the issue of the picture basically dissolving into complete picture loss. These must be signal loss related to this because it happens on multiple TV's. Is there something I can check on the satellite dish itself? I have reset the boxes and refreshed several times to no avail.
