For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, Sloppy tech work Hello.We had our roof replaced and we had to wait 1 week to have service restored. The tech came yesterday. He arrived@ 4:30 pm and didn't leave until 8:30 pm. I was in the kitchen making supper while my brother was visiting. I was not following the tech around making sure he did his job correctly. He told us that he was going to replace the cable going to one of the bedrooms. He did say that he had to make the entry hole slightly larger. I agreed. After he left I walked my brother out and saw this hideous site framing my back door! Not only did he not cover the hole but now I have holes all around my door! Not happy!!!
