slow X1 response



Just got off the phone with cs again. This will be the fifth or sixth time a tech will visit to inevitably tell me that there is "flux in the node" report it, and leave. After a couple weeks, I will call again, and we will go through the same ridiculous cycle. "Are your connections tight, sir?" "May we reset the box, sir?" "We will send a technician to resolve the problem, hows 1-3?" We are all aware of THE DEFINITION OF INSANITY. I will keep calling, and Comcast will keep paying techs to make trips to report the flux at the node. At some point I will break the cycle and file an official complaint and change to a different service. Has anyone actually had a "flux at the node" issue successfully resolved?
