Smart TV - DirecTV

Since the technician recently installed DirectTV in my home, I just noticed on my Vizio smart TV that I can not connect to Netflix or any other app for that matter. A Pop up says I need a valid Internet connection. When I go to my Network, Internet shows to be connected WiFi. How do I get my Netflix working again? I even tried running a cord directly from TV to Modem and that did not help. Thanks for any help you can share.
