Sooooo frustrating! - DirecTV

Been on hold for 39 minutes, so far! Long story short is... my uverse went out for 4 days along with my wifi. I specifically asked to be credited for the days I would be without service and for any overages I incurred for data use. No problem!! they said. Yeah, right! Third time calling regarding same issue, still no credit! Keep hearing the same recording... Please continue to hold! LUCKILY I'M NOT HOLDING MY BREATH FOR A CREDIT!! Been 47 minutes now. Does everyone else get this bad service or is it just me? Ugh!!!
