SOUND ISSUES AFTER RECENT UPGRADE - DirecTV DVR

For DirecTV TV services which include DVRs and receivers, SOUND ISSUES AFTER RECENT UPGRADE After the most recent upgrade to uverse we have to turn the volume on one of our TVs to 78 to get be able to hear it. I have reset the receiver, unplugged power and tried the 955 programing about 10 times and nothing helps. Any suggestions?
