speak to a manager - DirecTV

So I ask to speak to a manager after going around and around with direct tv/att for over a week and thde representative is upset that I want a manager and has me on death hold. Amazing they keep customers!

I had the same experience and was finally told a manager would call me back in an hour! Three (3) days later, still now call. Called again and was told that process would take 30 to 45 days and still wouldn't be able to speak to a manager! It was called something else! WHAT A WAY TO RUN A COMPANY!!!! AND I'M JUST TRYING TO PROVE I PAID MY BILL!!!!!!
