Speakerphone Volume too low - XFinity

My wife and I compared the volume of speakerphone for the Xfinity Connect app and found it to be quite low. There is not a setting in the app to control volume and our iPhone 10’s volumes is on max. We also have Xfinity Mobile case our provider and it’s volume is easily twice as loud as the Connect app for speakerphone calls and voicemail. This is not a phone problem but an app problem with it using incorrect sound levels compared with normal cellular calls (non-app). Thanks in advance and any feedback is appreciated.
