Spectrum On Demand problems - Time Warner TV

This question is about "Spectrum On Demand problems", with Time Warner Cable TV and apps. Starting on wednesday, February 8th several of my On Demand channels starting showing a lock icon and a pop up appears telling me to contact customer service if I want access to that channel. When I call customer service they tell me there is a known error. I suspect they creeated the error by upgrading there system as part of the conversion from TWC to Spectrum. I have called several times and there does not appear to be any since of urgency to resolve. The strange thing is I can go through the Spectrum app on my phone and play thosed channles. Two channels affected are Disney and Nicholoden. Both are part of the higher tiers with the new offerings from Spectrum. I am still on a promo plan from TWC.
