Spectrum tv app doesn't work on iPad and iphone - TWC TV and Apps

I keep getting message:
We're sorry, something didn't work quite right. Please try again later.

i shut off iphone and iPad,
Restarted modem,
restarted cable box top,
turned iphone and and iPad.

still keep getting same message. I also deleted the app and reinstalled it. Same results.
