Starting today App telling me I don't have the right level of service - TWC TV and Ap

Both iOS and Roku apps telling me I need to have the 'Starter TV' level of service to use the app. According to my account, I have Standard TV and Starter TV options. This has been working for years.

This just started this morning. Is it a system-wide issue in Albany, NY area or what?
