Still no internet - XFinity

I have been without internet service since December 16th, 2016. Since that time, I have had 2 modem changers, 2 actual techs, a supervisor with 4 accompanied techs with him and a line tech to troubleshoot. All cables from the xfinity splitter have been changed all the way to a direct connect to the modem. I have good line carry service but no speed. Any answers to my lack of service?
