Streaming app not working on my phone but working on everyone else's - XFinity

On my phone, using the Xfinity Streaming app, I can only see TVGO channels and cannot see a list of what has been recorded on my X1 DVR. If I log in on my wife's phone, using my credentials everything appears as it should. If I log in on my son's phone using my credentials everything is okay. If my son uses my phone, with his credentials, he can only see TVGo channels and cannot see a list of what is recorded on his X1 DVR at his home. I have cleared the storage and cache for the streaming app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted my phone. All of this several times. . Either something is wrong with my phone or there is something about my phone that is recorded in a Comcast database that is disabling my capability to using Xfinity streaming. Any ideas?
