Sudden slowdown in internet speed to average of 0.9 mbps - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "Sudden slowdown in internet speed to average of 0.9 mbps", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. For the past several days, my internet has gotten unbearably slow, and resetting my modem hasn't done anything to help. I see that there have been some errors logged by my modem and am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction as to how to get this resolved. Here are the errors:
