T3 and T4 Dropouts every 10-30 minutes - Time Warner Internet

This question is about "T3 and T4 Dropouts every 10-30 minutes", with Time Warner Cable internet and apps. Hi guys. Been having some dropout issues for a few days. Tech support actually suggested it was my router, which I threw cold water on. I own the modem. SB6121. Signal and error logs provided. Thanks guys!
Edit: I should also note this is a straight connection from the pole. No splits in the home.
