TERRIBLE SERVICE - DirecTV

Direct TV offers horrible service. You call and always get someone in the Phillippines that spends at least 10 minutes wasting your time. Why???? You send a receiver to me to replace a receiver that has gone out....and the second receiver doesn't work. Why????? I ask to cancel service due to a rude 12 year old that tried to "assist" me by playing on the phone and further wasting my time. Why? So when in say I want to cancel you say I am locked into a contract that you have broken by not offering descent service. Why???? And why do I have to pay premium service cost to speak to an American service rep? Horrible service! Why is that?
