My Way News - Report: Online video providers not protecting kids

From the article:

"Mainstream online video destinations don't do enough to keep explicit content from kids, the Parents Television Council said in a report released Wednesday." ...

... "The president of the Parents Television Council, Tim Winter, said the report proved that the four websites "are failing to protect kids on the Web."

and it's been this way for a while now for early content providers (such as metacafe.com, videosurf.com, and other upload video dumps). One thing about digital content, especially watched through a PC, is that it allows for nanny technology to be easily installed.

I guess the question becomes; Whose job is it to protect children from graphic images or text? The Government or parents?
