Here's the thing. Yes, they're losing internet customers, but people are using their phones and tablets with built-in internet connections more than ever. The article writer acts like there's this big movement of people going to coffee shops and campuses for free internet based on personal experience, but I think the real fact of the matter is...there are more devices than ever that can connect to the internet and people are choosing to use them instead of traditional computers and cable internet connections.
