I use the app to access email and to see who has called my phone, and to get voicemail. Email is simple, as I can use any app that handles multiple email addresses. The issue I have is being able to easily access the caller list and voicemail from my phone that only a few months ago I switched to Xfinity. I would like to know how this decision was reached. The multi-paragraph explanation provided doesn't give any real reason for the decision. Ok, so apps are retired every now and then, however, the Connect app seems to be a major cornerstone of the existing apps. I would like to see the company provide some real reason for discontinuing this app and causing me to go to a work-around.
