Trouble shooting and Customer service is worthless

My X-1 box does not work in the evening, it pixelates freezes and stops. Every troubleshooting does not help. When I try the Support Chat it just keeps me in a cycle of troubleshooting not recognizing that the troubleshooting is not working. It just keeps asking the same stupid troubleshooting questions. When I attempt to call the listed customer service phone it is "no longer in service". Besides cancelling my service any suggestions how to speak to a human being from xfinity?
