Troubleshooting - DirecTV

Earlier my tv channels got taken off of my package from an error on DIRECTV behalf, when I called they added the channels back on. After powering receiver off and back on along with unplugging it and plugging it back in the channels are still not appearing after it was fixed on directv behalf so do my recievers need troubleshooting?
