Trying to dispute a bill - DirecTV

During the month of August, 21,22,23rd. I was on the phone with at&the for twenty hours or more and it should be on your records. After being hung up on and given the run around I finally talked to someone from direct tv and at&t headquarters. My Instalment fee was waved along with my early cancellation fee. My account was reestablished, waved and credited but yet I'm still being billed for my early cancellation fee and getting the run around. I can't get anything resolved [Per Guidelines: Keep it Relevant and Appropriate]. I need answers now
